Raise the Paddle 2025

All 2025 Raise the Paddle donations are being MATCHED by Windgate Foundation!

This year’s Raise the Paddle will help us launch the Nancy Gottovi Visiting Artist Fellowship, honoring the vision and dedication of Starworks’ founding Executive Director. This annual fellowship will bring world-class artists to Starworks, covering stipends, travel, housing, materials, and full access to professional studios. By removing barriers to creation, it empowers artists to pursue ambitious new work while connecting deeply with our community—mentoring residents and interns, inspiring local students, and enriching exhibitions and public programs.

The fellowship ensures Starworks remains a place where artists take risks, exchange ideas, and spark inspiration that resonates far beyond our walls—continuing the spirit of innovation, generosity, and creativity that Nancy helped build.
