Wet Dog Glass expands at STARworks

Wet Dog Glass, LLC, equipment manufacturing, recently expanded its operations at the Starworks facility to accommodate a more functional mold-making and pallet building area, to increase dock capacity and improve production flow throughout its 11,650sqft space. “Our aim is to continually improve our work environment, with input from our staff, ensuring the safest and most worker-friendly space possible”.

In the late spring of 2011 Wet Dog Glass installed a new, fully equipped hot glass studio at the Chrysler Museum of Arts’ new glass studio. This past year we built equipment for customers as far away as Finland and the Netherlands and exotic locales such as Bermuda and Australia.

By engaging local potters who patronize Starworks Ceramics, we have gained access to a wealth of informative details to help us design efficient, cost effective and long lasting ceramics kilns. We recently added another designer to our team so that we can explore kiln building for the ceramic arts market. Our first models should be completed by summer this year!
